Terms of Service

By accessing or using Creative Salone ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and authorised to enter into these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and profile creation.

Creatives listing products or services agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions and fair pricing.
• Deliver digital products and fulfil orders in a timely manner.
• Not list prohibited, illegal, or infringing content.

Buyers agree to pay for orders placed and to use the dispute process for legitimate issues only.

Creative Salone lists and settles marketplace orders in SLE. The creator’s fee is 5% for standard completed sales, 3% for verified creators, 7% for featured products, and 0% for tips; it is deducted from creator earnings, not added to the buyer’s total. Eligible made-to-order and service payments are requested as Flutterwave escrow payments and are released only after independent administrative confirmation of delivery. Escrow availability remains subject to Flutterwave merchant approval and the payment rail used. Payout requests remain processing until provider confirmation.

Verification status is determined by Creative Salone and its field agents. Finance profiles and eligibility scores are calculated from platform activity and are not a credit decision, offer, or guarantee of funding. A funding request requires consent, manual review, written terms, and a participating funding provider before any disbursement may be offered.

Advertising fees purchase the selected placement period. Campaign approval, impressions, clicks, sales, and other outcomes are not guaranteed. Campaign reporting reflects recorded platform activity after a campaign is active.

A buyer or creative may raise one dispute for a paid order through the platform. The order is paused while the matter is reviewed, with the recorded order, payment, and delivery information considered in good faith. A decision will either restore the order or approve a refund through the original payment provider; provider processing times apply. Delivery updates are recorded by Creative Salone or its delivery partners and do not replace the provider’s confirmation.

Creative Salone is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Salone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
